How is the software delivered after purchase?
After successful payment, all software is delivered as Windows executable (.exe) applications. The download is provided securely via WeTransfer, allowing fast and reliable access. Each package is prepared in a ready-to-use format for Windows systems, and no complex installation process is required.
How does the licensing system work?
Licensing is machine-specific and tied to a single computer. Each license includes a dedicated license file that must be placed in the same folder as the executable in order for the software to run. Licenses are issued strictly for single-user use and cannot be transferred between multiple machines.
What license durations are available and what happens when it expires?
Licenses are offered on flexible terms, including monthly, 6-month, and 1-year rental options. Each license is valid only for the selected period. Once the license expires, continued access to the software requires renewal. If the license is not renewed, the software will no longer function on the licensed machine.
Do I receive updates and technical support during the license period?
Yes. All software updates released during the active license period are included at no additional cost. These updates may include performance improvements, bug fixes, and new features. In addition, remote installation and activation support is provided via TeamViewer to ensure proper setup and smooth operation of the software.
