Software License Agreement

This Software License Agreement governs the use of JeoPulse software provided by Koktan Seismic.

All JeoPulse products are licensed, not sold.

License Terms

Upon purchase, the user is granted a time-limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software.

Available license durations include:

  • Monthly (1 month)
  • 6 months
  • Annual (12 months)

The license is embedded within the downloaded software file.

Access & Expiration

The software will remain fully functional during the active license period.

Once the license period expires:

  • Access to the software will be automatically restricted
  • Continued use requires renewal or a new purchase

Restrictions

The user may not:

  • Share or distribute the software
  • Modify or reverse engineer the software
  • Use the software beyond the licensed period
